If any customers buy any design & that design is not same that shows in thumbnails In case of different (PIXELS, SIZE, DPI, COLOR, Or in place original design change by other design has given to customer )then customer have to inform us by email : [email protected] within 24 hour. Then company reply on report mail then after within 48 hour we will provide them original design by email or website link. If I unable do that, then we will return his money within 10 day working hours.
If customer has not report us on email: [email protected] about their change design within 24 hour then customer have to keep that design.

What are RIGHTS on Shared Design.

Customers have rights to pay & download the design for uses of their personal projects and commercial uses, but they have not right to resell, copy, transfer, distribute.

PARTS OF DESIGN

2.Blur found on corner/side/mid or any part of design that is not error that is PART OF DESIGN.

3. Curve line/ dots /many other types of structure found on design on Zoom or without Zoom that all are part of design/convertible pattern design.

4.Customer can edit/modify design according to their uses, but all at copyright of MAHASHANKH DESIGN.

5. Customer have to take permission before using design on any sex/nude related image/products/advertisement/film/vedio of human/animal/bird/insect. )) Mail: [email protected]

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and MAHASHANKH

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our MAHASHANKH DESIGN (“design”) directly from MAHASHANKH DESIGN on www.design.mahashankh.com. (for Shared Design) & MAHASHANKH on www.mahashankh.com. (for Dedicated Design).

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the buy & uses process of the MAHASHANKH design. It provides a license to use the MAHASHANKH design and contains uses information and liability disclaimers.

If you register or sign in for a buy of the MAHASHANKH design, this EULA agreement will also govern uses of SHARED DESIGN. By clicking “accept” or buy and/or using the MAHASHANKH design, you are confirming your acceptance of the design and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not buy or use the design, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the designs supplied by MAHASHANKH herewith regardless of whether other designs is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any MAHASHANKH updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the design, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

License Grant

MAHASHANKH hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the MAHASHANKH design on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to buy the MAHASHANKH design (for example a textiles, wallpaper, print media, decoration or personal & commercial uses ) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the MAHASHANKH design.

You are permitted to:

Edit, convert(change multi pattern & colour of design) , modify, otherwise change the any part of the design & permit the whole or any part of the design to be combined with or become new pattern in any other design.
You have not right to Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell.
otherwise uses the design for any personal projects & small commercial purpose.
Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
Do not use the design in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.
Use the design for any purpose that MAHASHANKH considers is a follows of this EULA agreement

Intellectual Property and Ownership

MAHASHANKH shall at all times retain ownership of the design as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the design by you. The design (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the design, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of MAHASHANKH .

MAHASHANKH reserves the right to grant licences to use the design to third parties.

Termination

EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the design and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to MAHASHANKH .

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of in.
